Three of Tufts' goals in the opening 30 minutes came on free-position attempts, including two by Games. She had three goals and an assist in the period, while Adamec had two and two in the first half. The Jumbos scored twice in the final minute as Games capitalized with 38 seconds on the clock, Adamec secured the ensuing draw control and then assisted on Freliech's score with 22 seconds remaining.

The Jumbos would run off six straight goals overall and led 15-2 on Games' fifth with 20:37 on the second-half clock.

Seniors Tina Balzotti and Hannah Donegan scored for the Camels in the final 15 minutes, but the Jumbos finished off their dominating victory with an Adamec goal at the seven-minute mark.

The Jumbos had a huge advantage in possession, winning 16 of 23 draw controls including five by Adamec and four by freshman Lily Baldwin. That helped the Jumbos out-shoot the Camels 37-13.
